Your tasks

Contact for national and international customers
Definition of the parts required by the customer and preparation of spare parts quotations
Development of technical solutions as well as order and complaint processing
Order tracking
Organization and planning of national and international installations, service assignments and commissioning
Technical planning of the installations to be carried out in close consultation with internal departments and the customer

Your profile

Completed vocational training in a mechanical or electrical engineering profession, preferably with further training as a technician, master craftsman and/or with a degree in technical studies
Experience in international sales and/or service desirable
Basic knowledge of working with an ERP system or the willingness to acquire this knowledge
Good knowledge of German and English
High level of commitment and reliability
Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working as well as customer-oriented appearance
