WiPa Conveyor fan Type WTG

The WiPa conveyor fans type WTG are the standard equipment for pneumatic conveyance in the plastics recycling branch. The materials are sucked through the fan, accelerated over the impeller and pressed into the pipeline. The motor is mounted directly onto the housing and drives the impeller directly via the motor shaft. The generously sized maintenance door enables easy cleaning and maintenance.

WiPa Conveyor fan Type WRTG

WiPa conveyor fans type WRTG are used for pneumatic conveyance of crushed plastic and synthetic materials. Unlike the conveyor fans of the WTG type, the conveyor fans type WRTG are equipped with a belt drive which transfers the driving power of the motor to the impeller. The fans Type WRTG are used in washing plants, for example, where wet materials are to be transported pneumatically. As the drive unit is separated from the impeller by a belt drive, no water can get into the motor. The impeller bearing unit is protected from incoming water and pollution. The generously sized maintenance door enables easy cleaning and maintenance.

WiPa Conveyor fan Type WITG

WiPa conveyor fans type WITG are used for pneumatic conveyance of crushed plastic and synthetic materials. Unlike the conveyor fans of types WTG and WRTG, the conveyor type WITG fan acts as a pressure blower and, therefore, does not come in contact with the materials. Flowable materials are fed into the pipeline, in measured doses over a rotary valve of an injector nozzle which works after the Venturi principle, and get accelerated through the connected blower. Due to the adjustable nozzle, the WITG fans can be customized to almost every flowable material, including regrinds, agglomerates and granulates.
